Mississauga, ON, July 18, 2006 - The Canadian Police Association (CPA) is pleased to announce the formation of a new partnership with PAYstation Inc., to create a Memorial Fund to assist families of officers killed in the line of duty.

"We are excited about the opportunity to develop a fund to be maintained by police officers, to provide support to the families of police officers who has sacrificed their lives in the performance of their duties," said Tony Cannavino, CPA president. "We are grateful to Mr. Robert Warner and his team at PAYstation for their generosity and support. This will be a legacy that PAYstation and the CPA will take a great deal of pride in."

"Having worked closely with police officers in the fraud investigation and document protection business for many years, we decided that we would like to give something back to the police community," said Robert Warner, Chairman and CEO of PAYstation Inc. "Through our initial contribution and ongoing commitment, combined with the efforts of CPPA members to grow their fund, we are optimistic that this will become a meaningful financial resource to support the loved ones of fallen officers. We are looking forward to working with the CPPA on this important initiative and trust that it will be a very meaningful effort for all."
